These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SyncSellr web application at syncsellr.com and the SyncSellr Chrome extension (collectively, the "Service"), operated by SyncSellr ("we", "our", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must create an account to use SyncSellr. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
SyncSellr is a cross-marketplace listing management tool that allows you to create product listings and publish them to multiple online marketplaces (including eBay, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, and Gumtree). The Service includes a web dashboard and an optional Chrome browser extension for marketplace session synchronisation.
SyncSellr is a paid subscription service. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for your chosen plan. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
New accounts may include a free trial period. During the trial, you must provide valid payment information. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your listings comply with the terms of service, policies, and guidelines of each marketplace where you publish. SyncSellr is a tool that facilitates listing management but does not guarantee compliance with marketplace rules. We are not liable for any actions taken by marketplaces against your account.
The SyncSellr Chrome extension captures session cookies from Facebook and Gumtree to enable browser-based marketplace publishing. By installing the extension, you consent to this functionality. You may revoke access at any time by uninstalling the extension and disconnecting the marketplace from your dashboard.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SyncSellr and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through the Service (listing text, images, etc.).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SyncSellr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee the success or performance of listings published through the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
